Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques
- Administer medications and treatments as delegated by licensed staff
- Document care accurately and maintain resident confidentiality
- Collaborate with healthcare team to create personalized care plans
- Ensure a clean, safe, and stimulating environment for residents
Qualifications
- Current Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience preferred
- Valid CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and empathy for elderly residents
- Flexibility to work every weekend (Saturday/Sunday)
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
