Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide personal hygiene support and ensure patient comfort and safety at all times.
- Communicate patient changes in condition to the nursing staff and physicians promptly.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and patient needs.
- Transport patients to and from treatment areas or appointments as required.
Qualifications
- Current and valid CNA Certification (State of Minnesota) required.
- CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association) must be current.
- Previous experience in a long-term care or hospital setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
