Responsibilities
- Perform patient vitals, measurements, and EKGs accurately.
- Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and injections.
- Maintain and update patient medical records and EMR systems.
- Prepare examination rooms and sterilize medical instruments.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by providers.
- Greet patients and manage the front desk reception area during shifts.
Qualifications
- Current CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) or RMA (Registered Medical Assistant) certification.
- 1+ years of experience in a clinical or medical office setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays.
- Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
