Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Document clinical observations accurately in electronic health records
- Maintain infection control standards and emergency response readiness
- Educate patients and families on health management strategies
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Minnesota (or compact state)
- BSN degree preferred; associates degree with 2+ years experience
- 2+ years acute care or weekend shift experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with Epic EMR system preferred
