Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with established protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately, ensuring patient safety and adherence to medication administration records.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to emergencies, utilizing critical thinking and clinical expertise.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and clinical notes.
- Foster a healing environment by communicating effectively with patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State of California.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing nursing education and professional development.
