Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in emergency/trauma settings with critical thinking skills
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders with precision
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Document clinical observations accurately in EMR systems
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Educate patients/families on health maintenance and discharge planning
- Participate in rapid response codes and emergency interventions
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona (compact license accepted)
- BLS/ACLS certifications required, TN preferred
- 2+ years acute care nursing experience (ER/ICU preferred)
- BSN degree required (MSN candidates encouraged)
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Experience with Epic EMR systems
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
