Responsibilities
- Assess patient health issues and develop comprehensive care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in patient condition.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention and health maintenance.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all patients.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure during weekend shifts.
