Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessment and care coordination across diverse units
- Administer medications and treatments with precision using EHR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for seamless patient transitions
- Implement evidence-based practices in acute care and emergency settings
- Document clinical outcomes accurately in Epic EHR platform
- Mentor new staff and uphold highest safety standards
- Participate in weekend rapid response activations
Qualifications
- Active Colorado RN license (compact license accepted)
- BSN degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years acute care or emergency room experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong proficiency with electronic health records
- Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend coverage
- Experience with trauma or oncology care preferred
