Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Provide patient education and discharge planning support
- Respond to emergency situations with clinical precision
- Participate in weekend team huddles and quality initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN license (or compact license)
- BSN preferred; ADN with 2+ years experience considered
- BLS/ACLS certification required; PALS preferred
- 2+ years acute care or hospital experience
- Weekend shift availability (no on-call requirements)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Experience with Epic EHR systems preferred
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
