Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor vitals
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation duties
- Companionship and emotional support
- Document care plans and client progress
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year caregiver experience or certification
- Valid California driver's license and insured vehicle
- Clear background check and TB test
- Compassionate nature and patience with elderly clients
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
