Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
- Assist clients with mobility, personal hygiene, and daily living activities
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social engagements
- Monitor and document clients' health status and report changes to care coordinator
- Engage clients in meaningful conversation and recreational activities
- Maintain clean and safe living environments for clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or home health aide certification
- Valid California driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Clear background check and negative TB test
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
