Responsibilities
- Provide personalized companionship and daily living assistance (bathing, dressing, meal prep)
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Transport clients to appointments and errands
- Light housekeeping and meal planning
- Document care activities and maintain client records
- Coordinate with family members and healthcare professionals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid WA driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Clear background check and TB test
- Strong communication and empathy skills
