Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare nutritious meals & assist with feeding
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Monitor vital signs & report health changes
- Transport clients to appointments & errands
- Light housekeeping & laundry services
- Engage in meaningful companionship activities
- Maintain detailed care documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Negative TB test & background clearance
- Valid Washington driver's license & insured vehicle
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds & stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Compassionate nature with patience & empathy
- Reliable transportation throughout Seattle area
