Responsibilities
- Delicate personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Medication administration and vital sign monitoring
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Transportation to medical appointments
- Comprehensive documentation of client progress
- Collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams
- Emergency response and first aid administration
Qualifications
- Active Colorado CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year experience in home health
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Passionate geriatric care experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper technique
- Fluent in English with clear communication skills
- Background check and TB test clearance
