Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for procedures and assist dentists during treatments
- Sterilize instruments and maintain strict infection control protocols
- Take dental X-rays and develop radiographs
- Manage patient records using digital software (EHR experience preferred)
- Assist with front desk duties including scheduling and insurance verification
- Order inventory and maintain a clean, organized operatory
- Provide post-operative instructions and patient education
Qualifications
- Current RDA license or DA certification in California
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in general dentistry
- Proficiency with digital X-ray systems and dental software
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Spanish bilingual preferred
