Job Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to ensure our patients receive the highest quality of care. You will play a vital role in our daily operations, from chairside assisting to maintaining a sterile environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during patient examinations and treatment procedures.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment for every patient.
- Take and develop dental X-rays (radiographs) as directed by the dentist.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
- Manage patient records, charting, and appointment scheduling efficiently.
- Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout the visit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Current RDA (Registered Dental Assistant) or RADT (Registered Dental Radiologic Technologist) certification.
- One to two years of clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification for healthcare providers.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and aseptic techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Reliable transportation and valid California driver’s license.
