- Generate monthly revenue cycle reports
- Handle patient billing inquiries and payment plans
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience
- Certification (CPC, CCS-P, or equivalent) preferred
- Proficiency in Epic or NextGen EHR systems
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes
- Experience with Medicare/Medicaid billing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with confidential patient data
