Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws with precision

- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality standards
- Calibrate equipment and verify specimen integrity
- Document procedures accurately in electronic health records
- Provide patient education during specimen collection
- Collaborate with lab teams for seamless workflow
Qualifications
- Active Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP, NHA, or AMT)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Proficiency in electronic medical records
- Knowledge of OSHA bloodborne pathogens standards
- Excellent patient communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
