Responsibilities
- Perform accurate venipuncture and capillary blood collections following OSHA and CLIA regulations
- Process and label specimens with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain sterile equipment and infection control protocols
- Provide exceptional patient care with empathy during blood draw procedures
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications
- Current North Carolina Phlebotomy Technician certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in phlebotomy
- BLS/CPR certification from a recognized provider

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
