Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection procedures
- Process and label specimens with meticulous attention to detail

Qualifications
- Current Phlebotomy Technician certification (ASCP or equivalent)
- 1+ years of clinical phlebotomy experience
- Strong venipuncture skills with minimal failed draws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency for medical records systems
- Valid Washington State healthcare worker certification
