Responsibilities
- Assess and prioritize patient calls using established triage protocols
- Provide clinical guidance and education to patients/caregivers
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Document patient interactions accurately in EMR systems
- Manage emergency response protocols during critical situations
- Monitor patient flow and adjust staffing as needed
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona (or compact state)
- Minimum 2 years ER or urgent care experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with Epic EMR systems preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Spanish bilingual certification a plus
