Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for high-volume data processing.
- Lead the research and deployment of advanced Generative AI models tailored for enterprise solutions.
- Ensure model transparency, fairness, and ethical AI compliance across all deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating and integrating emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or AI architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying LLMs and NLP models to production.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
