Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance to clients in their homes or residential facilities.
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in client health to the nursing supervisor.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and handle errands.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to improve the quality of life for our seniors.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for all clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to obtain certification (CNA or Home Health Aide) through our paid training program.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Basic computer literacy skills.
- Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to lift and assist patients with mobility as required.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
