Responsibilities
- Provide dignified personal care (bathing, dressing, mobility assistance)
- Prepare nutritious meals and manage special dietary needs
- Administer medications under RN supervision
- Document client progress using digital care systems
- Transport clients to medical appointments using company vehicles
- Operate specialized care equipment (hoists, transfer aids)
- Coordinate with healthcare teams for integrated care plans
Qualifications
- State of Florida caregiver certification or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Proficient with care technology (tablets, monitoring devices)
- Successful background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper equipment
- Compassionate communication skills for diverse clients
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
