Responsibilities
- Provide personalized companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare nutritious meals and monitor dietary needs
- Administer medications and track vital signs using provided equipment
- Transport clients to appointments using company-provided vehicles
- Maintain accurate care documentation via digital health records
- Coordinate with family members and healthcare professionals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year caregiver or home health aide experience
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification (training provided if needed)
- Strong communication skills and empathy
- Reliable transportation to Orlando worksites
- Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally
