Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in ICU/ER/Trauma units
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on patient treatment plans
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and electronic health records
- Provide patient education and discharge planning
- Adhere to hospital protocols and state nursing regulations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Oklahoma or compact state
- 2+ years of recent ICU/ER/Trauma experience
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
- BSN preferred (ADN considered with experience)
- Strong critical thinking and assessment skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments
