Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in acute and long-term care settings.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to clinical changes immediately.
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff.
- Adapt to diverse hospital protocols and environments within the Santa Ana area.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered California RN License.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical nursing experience.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel and work 13-week assignments.
