Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding to ensure proper nutrition.
- Monitor patients' health and report any changes in condition or behavior to the nursing team.
- Assist with mobility, transferring patients between bed and chair, and walking with walkers or canes.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks related to patient care.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to improve the patient's mental well-being.
- Administer medication reminders and document care activities accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.
- Physical ability to lift, stand, and bend for extended periods.
- Willingness to undergo our paid training program.
