Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation using provided equipment
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe patient environment
- Transport patients to medical appointments using company-provided vehicles

Qualifications
- Current North Carolina Home Health Aide certification
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid NC driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with provided assistive equipment
- Proficient in using electronic health records systems
- Compassionate demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
