We are looking for individuals who are reliable, patient, and eager to provide top-tier care to clients in the Madison area.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and light exercises as needed.
- Manage medication reminders and assist with daily living activities.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Prepare light meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to the supervising nurse or family.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for all clients.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- CNA, CMA, or Home Health Aide certification preferred.
- Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable nature.
- Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification if not already held.
