Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor client health status and report any changes to the nursing staff immediately.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to improve their quality of life.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and daily activities in electronic health records.
- Transport clients to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and social events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to obtain necessary certifications (training provided).
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred but not required.
- Physical ability to lift, stand, and walk for extended periods.
