Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
- Assist with mobility, including transferring patients to and from beds or chairs.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Administer medication reminders and monitor patient health status.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to clients.
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities.
- Document daily care logs and report any changes in patient condition to supervisors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid Certification is a plus.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented demeanor.
- Ability to lift and move patients safely (up to 50 lbs).
