We are looking for someone who is patient, empathetic, and ready to provide exceptional care to clients in the Richmond area.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and transfers (wheelchairs, walkers) to ensure client safety.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Administer medications and monitor client health conditions as directed.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
- Document daily activities and changes in client behavior accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous experience in home care or healthcare is highly desirable.
