Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Transport clients to appointments and errands
- Engage in companionship activities and light housekeeping
- Document care notes and maintain client records
- Respond promptly to client emergencies and requests
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Nebraska driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Background check and drug screen clearance
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
