Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care to clients including bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Assist with daily living activities and mobility support
- Monitor client health status and report changes to care team
- Prepare nutritious meals and maintain clean living environments
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Comprehensive documentation of care services provided
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Tennessee CNA certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
