Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care including bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Assist with mobility transfers, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments
- Monitor vital signs and document health observations accurately
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship
- Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to create tailored care plans
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating home environment
Qualifications
- State-certified nursing assistant (CNA) or home health aide (HHA) credential required
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication skills and compassionate demeanor
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
