Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient responses, and health changes
- Assist with medical procedures under RN supervision
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments and infection control protocols
- Support emotional well-being through patient advocacy and family communication
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care delivery
Qualifications
- Current California CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care or hospital experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Proficiency in electronic health record documentation
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
