Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Provide basic wound care and assist with mobility and range-of-motion exercises.
- Respond promptly to patient calls and assist with toileting and feeding as needed.
- Document patient care activities and changes in condition accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
Qualifications
- Current, active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Georgia.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate electronic health records.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a patient-first attitude.
- Physical ability to lift, stand, and move patients for extended periods.
- CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
