Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) to ensure patient comfort and dignity.
- Communicate changes in patient conditions to the nursing team and supervisors promptly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients and staff.
- Document patient care activities and medical information accurately in electronic health records.
- Support patients with mobility issues using wheelchairs, walkers, or hoyer lifts safely.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required or willingness to obtain certification through our sponsorship program.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
