Job Overview
We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and committed to patient care. You will work under the supervision of registered nurses to provide essential care to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic patient care including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and walking exercises.
- Prepare patients for examinations and treatments.
- Change bed linens and maintain a clean, safe patient environment.
- Communicate patient needs and changes in condition to the nursing staff.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current CNA Certification (or eligibility to obtain one) in the State of California.
- CPR/BLS Certification (American Heart Association) required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills for documentation.
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
