Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Provide basic patient care including bathing, dressing, and grooming.</li><li>Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.</li><li>Assist patients with mobility, including walking and transferring to wheelchairs or beds.</li><li>Serve meals and assist patients with eating as needed.</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.</li><li>Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.</li><li>Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.</li><li>Participate in shift handovers and report any changes in patient condition immediately.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>High School Diploma or GED required.</li><li>Current CNA certification (or willingness to obtain within stipulated timeframe for training programs).</li><li>Strong compassion and desire to help others in a healthcare setting.</li><li>Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care procedures preferred.</li><li>Ability to lift and move patients safely (must be physically able to perform job duties).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is a plus.</li></ul>
