Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs, patient conditions, and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and patient positioning
- Perform light housekeeping and maintain clean patient environments
- Support patient activities and social engagement programs
- Accurately document care activities and patient observations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Compassionate approach to patient care
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
