Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs, food intake, and resident behaviors
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living
- Administer medications under RN supervision per facility protocols
- Maintain clean, safe resident environments and infection control standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure resident well-being
- Support resident social and recreational activities
Qualifications
- Washington State CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent long-term care experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
