Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with medication administration under RN supervision
- Support patients with daily living activities in long-term care settings

Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience
- BLS/CPR certification (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license (if transporting patients)
