Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse rates.
- Assist nurses and physicians with medical procedures and examinations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients.
- Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Oklahoma.
- CPR/BLS certification required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift patients as needed.
- Previous experience in a hospital or long-term care setting is preferred.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
