Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming in a respectful and dignified manner.
- Vital Signs: Monitor and record patient vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse) accurately and timely.
- Mobility Support: Aid patients with ambulation, transfers, and positioning to ensure safety and prevent falls.
- Hygiene & Comfort: Maintain a clean, sanitized environment and ensure patient comfort during shifts.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient care records and logs.
- Communication: Collaborate effectively with nurses, physicians, and families to deliver holistic patient care.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid, active CNA license in the state of Arizona.
- Certifications: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Prior experience in a long-term care, hospital, or home health setting is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills and a genuine passion for patient advocacy.
