Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with patient documentation and maintain accurate records
- Support patient emotional needs and advocate for comfort
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Participate in shift reports and care planning
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year acute care hospital experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure situations
