As a night shift CNA, you'll be the frontline of patient care during overnight hours, ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity for our residents. Our state-of-the-art facility in Baltimore offers modern amenities and a collaborative culture where your contributions are truly valued.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with medication administration under RN supervision
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Respond promptly to call lights and patient requests
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop care plans
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients
- Support end-of-life care with dignity and compassion
Qualifications
- Active Maryland CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR)
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Valid driver's license for potential on-call duties
