Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and electronic records
- Assist with emergency response procedures during night shifts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed
Qualifications
- Active Washington State CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with electronic medical records
