Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor vital signs and report any significant changes to the RN or LPN.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding patients as needed.
- Document patient care activities accurately in electronic medical records.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized patient environment.
- Assist with transferring and positioning patients safely.
Qualifications
- Current and active Massachusetts CNA Certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
- Compassionate and patient-oriented demeanor.
